Individual Contributor

At the entry level, you will be working in dynamic teams to develop your knowledge and expertise across a number of technology areas. These teams may work on projects in product development infrastructure management or business systems management, which are all critical for our leading businesses.

First Level Management

First level mangers will become involved in assignments that require initial management experience with responsibility for several individual contributors working towards the accomplishments of a specific project or program. In addition, this level may include certain staff positions that have specific domain expertise.

Mid Level Management

Often responsible for staff development and growth, mid level mangers become experienced at managing managers. In addition to all the technical, financial and interpersonal skills that you will be expected to bring to the table, you will also be involved in the culture and morale of your teams.

Sr. Level Management

The successful Sr. Leader will have gained a number of skills in technology, finance, management, customer interaction, human resources, strategy development, and interpersonal communications. You will have the opportunity to make departmental impacts within the organization.
